Katapult were appointed by Visit Peak District & Derbyshire to develop a sub-brand and micro sites for a new proposition. Based on insights from research through enjoyEngland and by working closely with Visit Peak District & Derbyshire, Katapult developed the following concept in response.
‘Trail Tribe’ – aimed at children aged 5-11 and designed to communicate that The Peak District and Derbyshire is packed full of activities and attractions for children that adults can enjoy too!
Following concept development and consumer research, the trail tribe concepts & characters were refined and developed into a final brand style and communication materials. Katapult designed the graphical user interface (GUI) designs for the website, for them to be integrated with the Tourism Destination Management Software (DMS) which feeds the content into the site.
