To achieve this, we employ a flexible, thorough and enjoyable process that adapts to the most simple and complex requirements and everything in between. The output is a brand framework that sets out the different aspects of the brand – for example, the architecture, proposition, positioning, personality, values and tone of voice - in a manner that is logical and easy to understand. Whilst every brand framework is different both in terms of content and format, the common principles employed in their development form the backbone of our branding consultancy services.

Brand Workshops are a cornerstone of our branding consultancy services and provide a productive, inclusive and interesting way to involve internal teams (though participants can be drawn from audience groups if required) in the brand development process. Workshops are made up of a variety of activities that are designed to generate insights to inform brand development – again, this is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach with the workshop structure and activities designed to meet the specific needs of the client brand. By way of illustration, previous workshops have included activities such as product design and speech writing. In our experience, a half day workshop provides sufficient time as well as being short enough to create momentum and retain interest.
Whether as part of the brand development process or to formalise the design style of an existing brand, we provide Brand Guidelines that vary in their format and scale - from a simple Style Guide to a comprehensive document covering every aspect of application including tone of voice as well as look and feel.
